TEMPEST Rooms and Components added to portfolio
With 6 new TEMPEST rooms and various components, our online portfolio is more comprehensive than ever, offering worry-free solutions for the highest level of protection. For example, our TEMPEST-shielded Main Equipment Room meets NATO SDIP-27 requirements and incorporates HEMP protection measures in accordance with MIL-STD-188-125-1. This provides a secure environment for processing sensitive information by reducing the risk of compromising emanations, electromagnetic eavesdropping, and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) effects.

In an era of AI and automation, we also invest heavily in creativity to stay ahead of the game. How? By building a new kind of design department where interdisciplinary collaboration drives out-of-the-box solutions.
The latest five members of our design department have one thing in common: they all studied design and engineering. And that’s where the similarities end. After Steven Nijenhuis, Martijn Fokker, Matthijs Poelman and Michel Lausberg, we have just added Krystian Gaćkowski Gackowski to our design team. We had a short interview so you can get to know him.
What is your vision on product design, Krystian?
Krystian Gackowski: ‘When I see a design, I immediately focus on the product’s quality and manufacturability. I share my thoughts with my colleagues, with whom I enjoy brainstorming on value engineering: how can we meet our high-quality standard while using cost-effective, user-friendly materials?’
Can you give us an example?
Krystian: ‘I am working on a new generation of absorber frames that can elevate floor absorbers used for emission testing above 1 GHz, allowing the turntable to rotate freely when testing smaller volumes. This solution enables our customers to test smaller products on large turntables, for example, in a 10 m chamber. Traditionally, these are made of wood, but we are developing one made from a completely different material that is stronger, lighter, and easier to assemble. But I’m not allowed to mention the material at this stage.’
Soon, we will publish our test results for this new generation of floating absorber patches for radiated-emission testing. In the meantime, contact our Director of Sales & Marketing, Bas de Groot, for a demo.
