Comtest products are made of the highest quality, durable materials. However, they do need maintenance. Proper maintenance is essential to keep your test facility operating within its optimal range. We know our chambers inside and out; if you let our experienced technical crew provide the maintenance and service needed, you will extend the lifespan of your test facility and boost your productivity.

Our services include maintenance and chamber validation testing. We recommend that both are executed by authorized personnel only. Our expert teams can perform preventive maintenance on RF-shielded doors, mode-stirrer systems, and positioning equipment such as turntables. We also offer chamber validation testing to see if your EMC test chamber or RF-shielded room still functions within its intended limits. At the same time, preventive maintenance can help avoid unexpected downtime or product recalls.

Worry-free service & maintenance plan

Our service plan helps you get the most out of your test chamber for up to 25 years or more. Yearly maintenance is key to achieving this. Our technical crew will clean the door every year and perform shielding measurements for four critical frequencies in the magnetic field.

Comtest offers five years warranty on the shielding of your test room, permitted yearly maintenance after the second year. Signing up for our annual plan will ensure optimal test results, industry-standard compliance, and the longevity of your chamber.
