We sometimes encounter chambers with serious issues due to neglected maintenance. But there is much more to it than just maintenance; the key is to prepare and maintain your chamber for future changes as well. Therefore, we are developing a Chamber Life Cycle Support Programme, which we will launch later this year.”
Is that programme part of your worry-free mission?
Steven Nijenhuis: “Yes, but I see it as a sustainability mission, too: with proper chamber life cycle support, companies will be less surprised by unexpected malfunctions, wear and tear, and changes in testing objectives.
