To better understand and help our clients, two of our Technical Consultants attended a 5-day intensive TEMPEST and EMC course organised by the University of Twente and FH Aachen, University of Applied Sciences. The course is initiated by Professor Frank Leferink with the help of Michael Hilgärtner and Daria Nemashkalo.

Behind this chamber lies an unexpected and remarkable story of courage and entrepreneurship that we really need to share with you. On June 1, 2024, two young and ambitious technicians in Germany, Josip Brkic and Francesco Iemma, moved into the building housing their company, Black Forest Testlab, with the fully compliant CISPR-16 Anechoic Chamber shown in the photo, which we built for them.
‘We knew Josip and Francesco when they were still working for a large testlab in Germany, and when they shared their dream of building their own company one day, we were more than happy to be part of it,’ says Comtest owner Bas de Groot. ‘As an entrepreneur myself, I know that wonderful feeling of achieving a milestone in your company’s history. For us, it was our 40th anniversary last year, and for the guys from Blackforest, it is the DakkS accreditation they received early this year. My team and I are incredibly proud of Josip and Francesco, and we wish them all the best for the future!’
