Melcom and Comtest in London at EUMW 2026
With the 29th European Microwave Week (EuMW 2026) coming up next week, we celebrate our first anniversary of working with the great team at Melcom Electronics Limited. At last year’s EuMW, they became our exclusive distribution channel for the UK and Ireland within our international reseller network.

Doubling a lab’s measuring capacity in a very short timeframe: another example of the demand for EMC testing chambers in Europe. In this case, we helped our friends at Treo – Labor für Umweltsimulation GmbH, an independent service provider for product and component testing in the Hamburg area in Germany.
Responsible Comtest consultant Marc Le Roy considers this intense expansion project a textbook example of a worry-free installation.
Marc: ‘We have known the Treo team for almost 10 years as a highly professional client. They know exactly what they want and how they want it. The question was: we want to double our capacity using the same type of test chambers as before, but arranged differently to better fit our building’s layout. That requires highly detailed coordination, and with Carsten Möller, the lab manager at Treo, that was exactly what we did.’
The growing demand for EMC test chambers is a global trend that requires proven solutions. Interested? Visit our website to explore our EMC, Antenna and TEMPEST portfolios for more information on worry-free solutions since 1985.
We thank Carsten Möller, Eirik Struck and Dr. Hanno Frömming at Treo for making this another pleasant project for the Comtest team.
