How to improve the test chamber design process?
Why did we just hire an experienced designer passionate about process improvement? Michel Lausberg embodies all those qualities and outlines the future of chamber development. But first, don’t we already know him?

This is our new office manager, Arina Verboom, who brings extensive experience from some of the largest companies in the Netherlands. “We need her skills a lot,” says Bas de Groot, the owner of our company. Bas: “We have been growing steadily over the past years, and we needed to improve our organisation with it. And Arina is the perfect woman for this job!”
Arina brings valuable experience from large and complex organisations such as PostNL, Rabobank, and Achmea.
Arina: “Transitioning to a smaller company like Comtest highlights interesting differences in working methods, culture, and decision-making. During my four months at Comtest, I observed both sides of the company. On one hand, it is a medium-sized, family-owned business with short communication lines, but on the other, it operates worldwide for various clients.”
Arina: “I like the ambitious energy at Comtest, and with my experience, I hope to help people delegate tasks either to me or to other colleagues. The passion and commitment to the chambers we create is tremendous; I haven’t seen that in large companies, where most people are often just a part of a very large puzzle. Within Comtest, everyone has a connection to the product in some way. That is something we should never lose, no matter how much we grow.”
