How to improve the test chamber design process?
Why did we just hire an experienced designer passionate about process improvement? Michel Lausberg embodies all those qualities and outlines the future of chamber development. But first, don’t we already know him?

Our logistics department has a new colleague: Dennis van Gulik, a warehouse veteran with experience in the Rotterdam harbour. Dennis: ‘I have worked for several companies in the Rotterdam harbour, including the transhipment of hazardous substances.’
Dennis’s motivation for joining the Comtest family stems from his passion for warehouse management.
Dennis: ‘In the Rotterdam harbour, I missed working in the warehouse, picking orders and checking them. I have always enjoyed that. At Comtest, I’ve got that back: sorting things out, handling stock management, preparing orders, organising the parts, putting everything in its place. I started in January, and I really like the Comtest vibe: people have a refreshing mindset, are very friendly, and focus on teamwork. It feels like we are all part of the final product.’
Dennis is very curious and enjoys knowing what the guys in the workshop are up to.
Dennis: ‘That’s right, I ask the lads in the workshop what they’re making, and sometimes I pop into a test chamber to get an idea of what they look like and what the end product is. I like knowing what’s being made and, above all, how my colleagues make it.’
