To better understand and help our clients, two of our Technical Consultants attended a 5-day intensive TEMPEST and EMC course organised by the University of Twente and FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences. The course is initiated by Professor Frank Leferink with the help of Michael Hilgärtner and Daria Nemashkalo.
Our consultant Vincent van de Vrie explains why he invests in this level of knowledge. Vincent: “For me, it’s important to be an equal conversation partner with our clients. Of course, we all have a general understanding of basic TEMPEST and EMC concepts, but a deeper dive into the extensive range of standards, such as those from NATO and SDIP, helps me to tailor our chamber proposals for both current and new clients. I suppose it’s a kind of curiosity that’s quite common at Comtest. Besides, it’s very inspiring to spend afternoons with all kinds of specialists from the Netherlands and Germany working on practical tests.”
