During a business trip to South Korea to explore the latest trends in automotive testing, our Sales & Marketing Director, Bas de Groot, returned with some very interesting facts. And they do not all involve a reverberation chamber.
To better understand and help our clients, two of our Technical Consultants attended a 5-day intensive TEMPEST and EMC course organised by the University of Twente and FH Aachen, University of Applied Sciences. The course is initiated by Professor Frank Leferink with the help of Michael Hilgärtner and Daria Nemashkalo.

The Comtest teambuilding event started and finished in the small town of Warmond this year.
Why? Because we love water, boats, and historic windmills. Before we all sat down for dinner, we split our colleagues into five competitive teams who had to earn their meals by completing a series of very challenging tasks, such as juggling balls and plates and working on the perfect team selfie, while enjoying the boat ride through the beautiful Kaag en Braasem area of South Holland. Along the way, we saw historic windmills and even the traditional Dutch syrup waffle wrapped around a dinosaur.
One of the event organisers, our IT Coordinator, Corné van der Plas, lives near these lakes and has spent many hours sailing there. We wish to thank him and Arina Verboom for organising this memorable event.
